    Registration

    Your Sponsorship Package includes two tournament registrations and two hole host representatives. Please provide the names of all golfers and host representatives here, along with any dietary restrictions, or contact us via email with the information.  Golfers will be listed under your company name unless an alternate company name is provided.
    Please contact us no later than noon on July 20, if any changes are needed.  Full charges will be applied to cancellations / no shows after that date.
