Val Fehr is a Human Resources Professional with more than 12 years of varied HR experience with a focus on Recruitment and Labour Relations in manufacturing and in the Food Industry. Val’s role at MFPA is to provide HR support both internally as well as to our members. Whether you need an extra hand recruiting, have an employee relations issue or just unsure of current labour laws, she will provide support and advice as needed. Val also teaches HR Management courses and workshops at Red River College as well as Leadership workshops within the Food Industry. Val has a CHRP designation as well as a Certificate in Human Resource Management and is currently working towards her Certificate in Adult Education.
