Course Outline
This two-day course will enable you to undertake internal audits and prepare companies for third party audits. It’s delivered via a series of workshop-led discussions, presentations and an interactive case study. During the live case study, you will be given feedback and support to enable you to carry out an audit at your own workplace.

To receive your certificate, you will need to undertake a workplace audit after the classroom session and submit it for assessment.

Prerequisites:   An understanding and working knowledge of HACCP and quality management systems within a manufacturing/processing environment would be an advantage.  Prior attendance at a BRC Requirements or Site Training course will be helpful.  This course will be based on BRC Issue 8.

Backed by 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Velickovic heads NV Consulting Inc. With expertise in food safety, product and process risk assessment, analytical testing, regulatory compliance, seafood sensory evaluation, FSQMS, HACCP, GFSI (BRC, SQF and FSSC22000) and professional training services for the food industry, she provides food safety services including quality assurance and product life cycle management.

    Registrants should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session.

    Please call us as soon as possible for cancellations or substitutions. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session will be charged a fee of $25 per person. Cancellations without notice may be charged the full fee.
