Course Outline
This two-day course will enable you to undertake internal audits and prepare companies for third party audits. It’s delivered via a series of workshop-led discussions, presentations and an interactive case study. During the live case study, you will be given feedback and support to enable you to carry out an audit at your own workplace.
To receive your certificate, you will need to undertake a workplace audit after the classroom session and submit it for assessment.
Prerequisites: An understanding and working knowledge of HACCP and quality management systems within a manufacturing/processing environment would be an advantage. Prior attendance at a BRC Requirements or Site Training course will be helpful. This course will be based on BRC Issue 8.
